1537 Flats Announced Under DDA’s New Housing Scheme

New Delhi, October 31, 2025 — The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced a new housing scheme offering 1,537 flats across multiple categories as part of its ongoing efforts to expand affordable housing under the Master Plan Delhi 2041.

According to DDA officials, the flats will be constructed in prominent localities including Dwarka, Jasola, Lok Nayak Puram, and Narela. The scheme covers a range of categories — High-Income Group (HIG), Middle-Income Group (MIG), Low-Income Group (LIG), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) — to cater to a diverse segment of homebuyers.

Officials stated that allotments will be made through an online draw, ensuring transparency and fairness in the selection process. The registration process is expected to begin soon, and applications will be available on the DDA’s official website and mobile app.

A senior DDA official said, “This housing initiative reflects our commitment to providing quality and affordable homes while promoting inclusive urban development across Delhi.”

Under the Master Plan 2041, the DDA aims to improve housing availability, enhance infrastructure, and promote sustainable urban growth. With the announcement of this scheme, many potential homeowners see a renewed opportunity to own property in the national capital.
